I've been down this road before, but never like this. This time its much more serious, this time I have health issues this time i have to play for keeps, this time "shit just got real".
I hope you can read my BLOG and relate to my story and learn from me as well as I can learn from you. I hope you can relate to my struggle to live a healthier lifestyle. I dont want to say "diet" cause those are short term. Im looking for long term results. Im looking for a lifestyle change. "healthier living" is what we will call it.
